Every December, the Neighborhood Foodworks community comes together to celebrate the season with gratitude, joy, and generosity. Our foundation’s signature event, the Holiday Food & Giving Drive, invites neighbors and friends to share the spirit of the season—by donating food, holiday meals, and essentials for families in need. Join us as we turn shared meals into shared hope.

Our Mission
The Neighborhood Foodworks Inc is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to building healthier, stronger communities through food, education, and compassion. What began as a small local initiative to fight hunger has grown into a powerful movement that nourishes families, empowers individuals, and strengthens neighborhoods across Philadelphia.

Date: Friday, December 13, 2025
Time: 7:00 PM – Midnight
Cost: Free to join! Just bring nonperishable food items or a holiday meal donation 🎁
What to Wear: Festive sweaters, Santa hats, or winter colors—spread cheer and warmth!
Where It Goes: All donations will support the Neighborhood Foodworks Holiday Drive, providing meals and essentials for families in need across Philadelphia.
🎁 Donate a Toy – Bring a new, unwrapped toy to the event or drop it off at participating bars.
👯 Volunteer – Help us coordinate, decorate, and keep the festivities running smoothly.
